Coed y Brenin

a few of us are doing the Goldrush event at Coed y Brenin
just wandered if anyone had a GPX route of the place, just to give us an idea of the hills etc and if anyone has a route of the event that would be even better maybe from a previous year
Is anyone else entering the event?
having never ridden there what can we expect we normally ride Dartmoor routes so used to hills etc
any help would be great
