To cut a long story short a serious injury stopped me running and i started getting fat. A mate that does triathlons convinced me to buy a bike so scoured ebay and got a 2nd hand orbea enol, bloody loved it ! started to upgrade bits by hunting forums and ebay and eventually only the frame remained, so nabbed a bargain kinesis frame on bikeradar and built this up, have just changed the seatpost, stem and bars.
everything was bought on a serious budget over a period of 2 years to get to this stage, in total as you see it now i have spent somewhere in the region of £550-600, frame, wheels and chainset were 2nd hand but everything else brand new. Also included in that cost was the pedals and a 2nd hand edge 305.
Frame - Kinesis KiC2
Wheels - Easton Vista SL
Tyres - Continental grand prix 4000s
Gropupset - Shimano 105 5600 all in black
Seatpost - Ritchey WCS wet white
Stem - Ritchey WCS 4 axis wet black
Saddle - Prologu choice Ti
Bars - Profile Design Cobra Carbon
Chain - KMC x10
Brakes - Tektro (only thing i still want to upgrade)
Tape - Deda Carbon
Weighs in at roughly 8kg and has compact chainset, frame size is medium, apologies for not great pictures but im no photographer. i put the whole thing together myself from watching youtube videos and lots of hours in the garage.

I just sold a four year old Kinesis i had built. Was built for Audax etc, very sturdy bikes and nice company to deal with if you need to.0
