expander plug for 1 1/2" steerer

anyone know where i can get one of these for my cannondale mountain bike?

the only ones i found were for 1" and 1 1/8".
i searched on google and found nothing at all, only starnuts which i would rather not use, if there is a choice.

any help appreciated.

Any reason why not, starnuts work well, are cheap. Generally better than expanders.

+1 for starnuts, nothing at all wrong with them so why change.

i find them cheap nasty things compared to a quality expander plug. i guess thats just me

Star nuts are lighter, cheaper and work just as well.
