Coed-Y-Brenin weekend - which trails?
Hello
Me and a group of mates are going to Coed-y-Brenin in a couple of weeks from Friday to Sunday. Which trails or combination of trails would you recommend? Are there any that are not worth the effort?
Cheers
Andy

They're all good TBH. I like the beast but with the fireroad section after the halfway cafe cut out as that can be a drag. More info here: viewtopic.php?p=170644450

That's the best option. There's a way of by-passing the fire road loop and going straight to the top and the three magnificent Adams Family singletrack sections back down. You miss out on very little. (Roll out of the cafe, turn left and head straight up the evilest, steepest bit of tarmac you can see!)Trail fun - Transition Bandit

Good stuff. I reckon we'll see how many we can tick off over the weekend, with the Beast tackled on the Saturday. Can't wait!0

As The Beast covers most of the trails on the Eastern side of the road (it joins them all up into a long ride) it's normally easiest to do the Tawr trail on the Western side of the road on the Friday, The Beast on the Saturday and then revisit any particular bit that you enjoyed on the Sunday morning.Trail fun - Transition Bandit
