I've been out on this twice now and I love it, it's super fast and responsive. I'm new to Sram stuff and I really like the shifting, it's very clunky compared to Ultegra but I prefer the small lever movements and the snappiness of it. The brakes are powerful too.

Is it just an optical illusion or does the seat tube meet the down tube in front of the bottom bracket? I was just looking at the bike and thinking it has weird angles - not that I wouldn't happily own it mind!

The ST bends quite sharply just below the front mech so that it clears the wheel.

    Lovely. Is that a 58cm?

I have just bought this frameset, building it up slowly. The waiting is killing me!

Thanks for the comments. It's a 61cm, and you'll love yours when it's finished, it'll be worth the wait!

Wow that machine looks fricken mean, would not want to meet that bike in a dark alley. Its attitude is awesome:

    - huge amount of post showing looks strong, as in "Jensy rides this bike, back off tiny man"
    - saddle-bar drop is massive, total race
    - 13cm stem and few spacers - fat bellied bankers need not apply
    - it's in the big ring, but crank arms are at lazy "I could care less" angles
    - bar angle & shifter placement is absolutely perfect - people with sit-up-and-beg bar angles take note. Who set up the bike for you?

If my bike was set up this aggressively I'd not feel man enuf to ride it. It would just sit there taunting me...

I did it myself. I wanted a fairly low position but maybe it looks like a bigger drop in the photos than it really is, I wouldn't say it's more than a lot of people run.

My post was written in a slightl silly dramatic way but your set up really does look spot-on.

How do you use the bike? Do you race or sportive or enjoy sunday rides with buddies? Cheers

Don't race, don't do sportives. I just ride for the hell of it really, always have done!
