Morning bumders
I has proper man flu like. Slept for about 11 hours or so, got woken up by the flatmates GF being noisy in the kitchen. Told her to shut up, suppose I shoudn't complain too much, at least she knows where she belongs.
Got a hockey match today, if we win it we win the league, if we don't we come 2nd. Going to try and get some more sleep in a bit, I think it's going to take a lot of red bull to get me through it.

Today is little ones birthday party, ie, I am paying £10 per child to go into the woods, make fire, etc - without bloody food. So wife is up sorting that, but the worst thing is at the end of it all they expect a bag of presents from us!
Other than that, fit a bit of study in0 -

Morning geezers and gals,
Morning of fail so far with technical glitches, people being late, people leaving early. Ah well.
I have next week off. I cannot wait. So far, Monday will consist of a lie in, then house chores and shopping, so that it's all out of the way and not on my mind for the rest of the week. I have a feeling that my housemates GF will be around though, as she's been off work with Anxiety. I can't say i'm happy about this, so may rig up some spooky sounds, and scare her a bit
LatersIt takes as much courage to have tried and failed as it does to have tried and succeeded.

Evenin' Gits,
Was awake at 3am as rain beat down on the skylight in the room of my Welsh B&B but missed the chance to start this thread. Luckily the rain stopped just as the van got to the top of Cwmcarn for the first run :-) Apart from falling off into a big bl00dy puddle of mud at a the road tunnel and totally cocking up the first switchback, there weren't too many comedy disaster moments for me: more than could be said for people who tried to get a lot of air when the wind picked up in the afternoon!"I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered."
