Hi Guys and Gals,

A few quick pics of my 2010 Orange Five, it hovers around 26-27lbs depending on tyres and pedals, there is a lot of carbon and titanium on there too.

Frame: Orange Five 18", titanium shock mount bolts
Fork: Rockshox Revelation Team 150mm
Wheels: DT Swiss 240 hubs from EX1750 wheels with SKS Ceramic bearings throughout, DT Swiss EX500 rims, DT Swiss Revolution spokes, hand built by me.
Tyres - Maxxis Aspen 2.25 eXCeption with Ultralite tubes
Transmission: Sram X0 10 speed throughout
Cranks: Truvativ Stylo OCT with 35T E thirteen ring
BB: Truvativ shell with SKS ceramic bearings
Chain guide: E thirteen LG1+
Brakes - Avid Ultimates 185/160mm rotors, titanium bolts for rotor bolts, bar clamp bolts and caliper bolts
Pedals: Crank Brothers 5050 / Acid 2
Seat / Post: SDG carbon I-Beam post and I-Fly seat
Stearing: Thomson X4 70mm and Renthal Fatbars cut to 730mm, ODI lock-ons

    Looks alright, quite light for a 5, but it's still a 5 ...

    now theres some one who really loves there bike, it even has its own sofa :lol: you must spend forever keeping it looking that clean, very nice :wink:

    And a sheet on it to stop the tyres getting dirty.
  • Don't be mistaken, this bike is used and used hard.

    Every other month it is stripped to the frame, polished and lubed-up. This was taken post re-build.

    Remember kids, mud doesn't stick to a silicone waxed frame!

    why the i beam saddle & seatpost? thought anyone with a orange 5 would have fox forks on

    Don't be mistaken, this bike is used and used hard.

    I'll bet it is if that's a sofa bed!!
