After asking several questions and getting several replies about the size and fit of my bike, i took the advice given, . Made a few minor adjustments and most of all got out and did some miles. Last night after a hard session at the pool i jumped on the bike and had one of those moments, everything felt perfect. I ended up taking the long hilly route home and found myself singing as a went, i did not want the ride to end. A phone call asking where i'd got to cut the night time ride short. What i'm trying to say is THANKS for listening, i'm a very happy Ridley Boreas rider :D
