Best £1000 full suspension mountain bike? Have been looking at the vodoo bikes in halfords, any good ?

  • to be honest, at £1000 the only fs bike you should be considering is the boardman team fs. hard to beat for the money.

    Is this your first "propper" bike?

    If so I'd be more inclined to go for a hard tail for about a grand... You'd get a wicked spec...

    I have the Team FS and it is mega!!! New saddle and grips but everything else is spot on!

  • £1000 budget, I'd go hardtail every time.

    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
