In need of some advise.
I own a Giant Reign 2, 2009. I hardly ever use it, now due to lack of time. I try and run as much as i can but now suffer from shin splints, so thinking of getting on a bike instead of running. Do i chop my Riegn 2 in for a Dual hybrid or but road tyres on it. Please excuse me if this is a no brainer, but i am in limbo land on this one.

Are you planning on doing any MTBing on it still? Or just road riding? The reign is quite a hefty bike, and putting some slicks on it, and only riding on the road would be silly/waste of having that bike. If you won't be doing any off-roading, I would say sell it and buy a hybrid or road bike, as then you don't feel too silly.0

I wouldnt put slicks on it. Keep the MTB tyres and get yourself off road Or sell it and by a road/hybrid/cx/29er etcCanyon Nerve XC 7.0 Deep Black Ano - Silver, Rock Shox Reverb.0

Stop stressing and just ride your bike.....slicks on road or knobblies off road for a better experience. Anything will do, unless you're planning on racing?0
