M785 Leaking Brake Fluid

While removing my front wheel last week to put the bike in the car I noticed the front caliper had brake fluid on it. I cleaned it off and used the bike for another ride (no issues with the brakes) to see if it leaked again. After the ride it was still dry however 1 week later after being left in the garage it is leaking again.

The oil is sat around the top of the silver bit that attached to the caliper (see picture). I'm guessing the fitting to the hose is the cause of the problem. What are my options for repairing it?

the fitting is crimped on, so maybe give it a squeeze with some crimps to see if it sures it... failing that, new hose time
