Holmbury Routes
Myself and a couple of mates have been spending the last few Saturdays riding Holmbury Hill. Follow a basic route starting at the Youth Hostel car park, down to BKB (twice) up to the viewpoint and then Yog Pots (twice) and back along Telegraph Road to the carpark.
Apparently there are a few other trails in the area albeit possibly unofficial ones eg Reservoir Dogs Can anyone give me some pointers of where these are or point me towards a map with them highlighted
Thanks
Jim

If you don't mind missing out telegraph there is a link back from the bottom of YP to BKB. At the bottom of YP go up 200m just passed the xroads there is a small opening on the right, follow it and it will take you back to BKB almost.
Since you are based in chessington, you might want to do a whole ride that takes in randmoor, holmbury and leith then back again. Its around 26-38 miles depending on how many loops you do.0 -
There's some of us from here riding the area on Saturday from about 1030 if you want to tag along. By far the easiest way to learn the trails, in my experience. Otherwise, well, you should be able to find summer lightning easily enough over on Leith Hill, that's a worth a go for sure. I don't have any maps but there should be plenty of info online, it's even got a signpost at the start.0

I got up this morning expecting rain, so was all ready to go for a couple of hours on the road bike. Now I'm thinking I may do loop instead.0
