Easton tubeless valves...

I am planning on running my Easton EA70 XCTs tubeless - I am a tubeless virgin atm.
Looking at some full UST tyres (Schwalbe probably) - so I appreciate that I do not need to use sealant but I think it is a good idea. The thing that is bothering me is that the tubeless valves supplied with the wheels do not have removable cores. Aren't they gonna get gummed up with coagulated sealant at some point? Even worse, I can't see any spare valves for sale in the UK.
These things, on top of the usual tubeless noob worries, are making me a bit concerned about giving it a try.
Any one else running UST Easton wheels tubeless - and if so, are you using sealant? If you are using sealant, how easy did you find it getting the tyre on the rim after adding sealant?
