Morning chaps and chappettes!

It's Friday, and I'm happy because I'm off work next week, so it's last day for a while. Seriously happy about that :D
I'm sure a world of pain will hit me between 8:30 and 4, but at the back of my mind, I will know I'm escaping.

Today I will be sorting out the mess an electrician has done, which clearly wasn't what I asked for ("So, we're having 2 speakers mounted on that back wall. Ok?" *Comes in later* "Why have you placed 4 speakers in the ceiling!?!?). A formal complaint I had yesterday got dismissed by the directors, because the complainer never turned up for a meeting haha

Anywho, Cheerios and tea await me.

Laters!

  • Morning all,

met up with some mates last night, got really drunk, and woke up too early today. feeling the effects, but it's all good, cause i'm off out shopping soon, and general money wastage.

    Enjoy your day everyone.

Tired top of the morning to you

Despite a decent 2.5 hr cycle home last night, still too much work stuff stuck in my head. Which lead to a crap nights sleep, bright side - pub later :)

    Morning bumders

Uni meh today. Did the worst of the stats project last night. Going to gradually finish it today, then a practical, then meh. Might go out tonight, might not, trying to save money.

    12 days to bikes.

Dear God. I've come in today to discover that he hadn't even done the other job I asked him to do, which was move a projector. Seriously, why does my company insist on employing this man!? He's useless!! He's an external contractor that doesn't do what he's told, he just does what he thinks is 'best'!

I'll do it myself from now on!

Last day for a week, this week has draaggged badly.
Today I will mostly be trying to get as much done as possible so that nothing happens while I'm away.
Later I will be packing, and I would have been watching my favourite thing to make me cry while stuffing my face with chocolate, but the V+ had a hissy fit on Wednesday night apparently. So I might watch either Kung Pow, or the Princess Bride. Or both, it's going to be a long night if my grump now is anything to go by.

Finally worked out who BicyclePirate is at the gym, might actually say hello when I'm next in there.
Or not. I'm an antisocial b1tch.

Ho hum, onwards to golden syrup flavoured weetabix.

Anyway it's Friday so the bikes in the car and the pile of filing on my desk will be filed. Probably in the round receptical on the floor.

Probably, but when I'm getting paid to do something, I do what I'm told. Mainly so I can say "I told you so" when it goes wrong ;)

    Morning All,

Woke up with a mouth like the bottom of a parrot cage - nose was totally blocked up so must have been breathing through my gob most of the night. Today will be spent getting some Skpe kit bought, bit of fettling on the bike before the weekend jaunt to Wales then maybe go for a swim if I can stop feeling quite so crap. Need coffee...

    Morning all,

Went for an amazing ride last night, found a trail that I've seen on you tube and have been looking for for ages, it was worth the wait :-)

Easy day today, I'm currently sat in my car enjoying the sun, not doing much work. Gym later then a few glasses of wine tonight :-)

On another note, how awesome has John bishop been doing his challenge?

Tis Friday at last. It's been a very long week.

Got a lunchtime ride lined up for today, one of the joys of working from home.

After said ride it's off to pick up the kids from school (well one of them at least, the other one's not talking to me,the joys of being a parent).

This evening will consist mostly of wine consumption and maybe a game of BattleField 3 on the XBOX.

Should be fine though, cwm holds to gether in the wet, Not aswell as it used to since they did all the work on improving the trail where they pretty much ruined sections but still better than msot other trails :)

    yeah, you'll be fine stevo.

We're doing the DH so the only climbing is the 50 yards from where Kenny drops us off to the start point :-) We're booked on the uplift and they don't cancel for wet weather, so we can't jib out of this because of the forecast...

I brought the 456 to work today since my road bike is being a creaky old fart and it annoys me.

Anyway, he enjoyed his time on the train...he told me so!
