Gonna be staying in Slaidburn with walking friends in a few weeks. As it'll be a saturday, I thought I might avoid the crowds at gisburn and go "off piste."

Are there any recommended off-road routes from Slaidburn? I've seen the Salter fell loop, but apparently that is 2/3 on road and I'd prefer as much off-road as poss.
