My first 16mph average for a while

Having had two full knee replacements last year (January- Right knee and March - Left knee) I have just completed my first 16mph average over a 40 mile loop that I do quite regularly and am totally chuffed. It has been a long hard slog but this was the goal I had set myself a year ago.....................next stop the Pyrenees for a week in July.
