Which Tubeless Wheelset?

Looking for a Tubeless wheelset for the Zesty. Have about £350 to spend tops.
I own at present - Shimano XT USTs. Fed up of servicing them so regularly and would like to replicate the quality of the rim but coupled with a sealed hub. - so gonna sell these.
Also own a pair of Stans Crests on Superstar hubs on my HT. They seem fine, but I want the surety of UST (rather than TR) - I am not convinced running UST tyres on this rim. Anyone experiences of this?
Weight...somewhere in the region of 1600g for the pair
thoughts?

Am classic Tubeless would be my choice.A Flock of Birds
+ some other bikes.0 -
I ran (over the winter months) medusa UST versions on stans crests and had no issues with them. 20psi up front and 23 on the rear. Never had any issues with burping etc.0

Hope Hubs with Crest (or flow etc) rims. About £280 a set from Winstanley Bikes. CHoose any (almost any) tyres you like. They should work. UST tyres are heavier and not always nessacary.0

Thanks guys.
I know that UST are not always necessary and I generally run Non ust tyres on my race bike.....but when I am trail riding I have a nasty habit of gashing out sidewalls on rocks (- particularly in Wales...probably due to me being a lump and not very skillfull!) - hence wanting to at least have the option to run UST.
What about Mavic Crosstrails and Crossmax ST (I know the latter is going up in price). Generally good? Are the hubs reliable and maintenance free?0 -
How about Easton Havens?0
