Keo or SPD-SL Cleats

I recently bought a used bike and it came fitted with pedals. At the time I thought they were just SPD-SL pedals so purchased the yellow Shimano cleats but they are actually Look Keo .
Currently i'm having a really hard time getting my feet out the pedals so I wondered if this is due to them being the wrong cleat or not? If I buy Keo cleats will it be much easier to get my feet out the pedals?
(If so I have some barely used SPD-SL cleats for sale )
Thanks

They are not compatible, you need Look cleats!0

Might be cheaper in the long run to buy SPD-SL pedals. Keo cleats seem to wear very quicky (in some but not all users experience - to avoid unnecessary contradiction). Some good deals on pedals aroundROAD < Scott Foil HMX Di2, Volagi Liscio Di2, Jamis Renegade Elite Di2, Cube Reaction Race > ROUGH0

I'm happy with KéO pedals and KéO cleats !
SPD-SL pedals need SPD-SL cleats; Look KéO need Look KéO - be careful not to get Look Delta cleats, which fit their previous pedals
These are the two choices

or you can get KéO compatible after-market cleats from Mike Dyason/InMotion http://www.inmotionproducts.com/0 -
Managed to pick up some shimano SPD-SL PD-R540's for £24 with an extra set of cleats in, seemed the best way to do it. Cheers for the advice0
