Dart upgrade - Rockshox hierarchy?

I've got a Dart 2 on my Sintesi and clearly it's this that is holding me back - I'm very new to MTB and wondered which Rockshox[to keep things simple] would be a noticeable upgrade?
I'm after a 100mm/120mm XC fork and am probably looking at a Reba but am not sure where the Recon and Tora fit in.

Depends on the year, and model of each. If going to upgrade, at least go for a fork with the Motion Control damper.0
