Help identifying a frames builder/manafacturer

As above I inherited the bike when my grandad passed away I have looked every where to find information on the frame any help will be much appreciated!
All I know is what I remember my grandad telling me and that it was hand built out of Reynolds 631 with campagnolo dropouts! If that makes sense? That's all I know!
