Anybody doing the Eddie Soens on Saturday

Just wondered whether anyone else on here was giving it a go?
Think there are 225 entered so a pretty full field-in fact it felt full last year and I think it was more like 150
Anyway me and Alex(mentalalex) planning to be there riding for Lichfield CCC and CycleShack/Forme Coaching respectively.

I am a 3rd Cat Junior and am racing at the Eddie Soens. First Junior Race! Good Luck. Last year, it was 29mph average for 49.2 miles!

Just remember we need a quick first lap-catch the elites/1st cats and then the race could be ours

Yes good group of 3rd Cat Juniors who I have raced against are doing it. So we should do well!

Was a bit of a wet one to begin with
Great fun though
Those Endura guys weren't hanging about!
Hung onto the main bunch and averaged 27.2 mph for the 48 miles
Finished 108th which wasn't too bad for a 4th Cat
