Loving the pizza slicer, and I'm glad you've washed those two glasses
Oh, nice bikes by the way.
how do you find the shock on the ransom?, my mate had endless trouble with his and had to have it replaced twice under warranty.http://www.bikeradar.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=12851595

Thanks for the comments!
My dishes are done and the pizza cutter does indeed rock...
The rear shock was an original version and I did have a problem with it early on by snapping the valve off when I was pumping it up. Something they admitted was a 'known issue' and down to weak valves being installed in those versions.
But once it was serviced and updated, free under a warranty, its been problem free and running great ever since...
Its a mega 'grin inducing' bike to ride...
Cheers,
MasonScott Ransom

very nice!
I gotta ask - you have ISCG tabs for the chainguide? I couldn't make a blackspire style guide play with my truvativ cranks and ended up swapping them out.0 -
Not sure why yours wouldn't fit buddy? Whats size BB do you have?
ISCG tab fitted it on my 73mm BB after removing the spacer and it lined up nicely and worked fine with my Truvativ crank set.
I have heard of a lot of people having to find a 'work-around' when fitting them though...Scott Ransom

73mm, but I don't have ISCG tabs - so there were no options for moving the guide in and out0 -

Can I suggest one thing from bitter experience?
Regularly check the tightness of any bolts that could come into contact with the frame. I didn't and 2+ years ago ay CYB, a shock/pivot bolt started to shear through the frame itself. I was at speed and not in a position to stop when I heard 'the noise' . When I did, the frame was fooked. End of Ransom
Stunning bike BTW - still love them, just couldn't afford another.0 -
hey love what you have done to your ransom
