Dd my first event today, which was a 67 mile reliability ride, the Lune club coal road chalenge
Was a great ride and really enjoyed it. Around 5000ft of climbing in total, and a couple where real nasty, but got through it ok and feeling well used now
Was worried about 'bonking' but managed food and drink intake really good, so well happy with that. Legs felt a bit tired on the last 10 mile run back in, but we did pick the pace up a bit and a few jelly babies helped
It's the longest ride I've done this year 8)
First time using the ASSOS chammy cream too and it really is top notch stuff, but then should be for the price :!:

Do us a favour and don't mention that creme again as it's difficult enough as it is to find in stock without the whole world knowing about it too!0
