Where can I buy a 34mm seatpost clamp

I have a quick release 34mm seatpost clamp that came with my bike which is handy as I need to remove the seat post all the way down so that the bike itself fits neatly in the boot of my car.
I would like to buy a spare one in case anything happens to the original clamp but can't find anywhere on the internet, ebay, usual online bike shop websites. I bought a 34.9 which seems to be available everywhere but this is too big so really need a 34. Is there anywhere that sells this or even without the quick release mechanism :?:

As it appears to be an unusual size it would be worth just measuring the thing, if you haven't already as some have 34 stamped on them but are not 34, sorry if this is too obvious
