2010 Marin Northside

I am possibly going to get a Marin Northside frame to build up as a spare bike or general hack around bike. Anyone got any views on the frame? I am planning on building it up with rigid forks and my other spare parts although some of them are quite nice like Formula Oro's but some of it is basic stuff like Sram X5. So obviously it will be quite a mix of parts but it all works fine on my 456 which is where all the bits would be coming from as I am looking to swap it for my 456 (plus cash).
It wouldn't really be used for anything harder than the red at Glentress unless I couldn't help it. It would become my general hack around bike on the road and stuff as well. So does this frame sound like what I want or is it a no go. Do they fail easily or anything, I'm not exactly light or easy on my bikes a lot of the time.

Awesome.
Don't know where I could find an approximate price for the frame only do you? Can only find full bike prices and I want to know if my very rough estimate is correct.
And I know Marin's tend to be strong, the Wolf Ridge doesn't break easy, well it's still working 100% just now, just wanted to check about this particular frame.0
