Bunny Hopping

I can't confidently bunny hop. I have a race tomorrow. Am I likely to have to get over a log that some crazy course planner has decided would make a good foot high obstacle?

I might pop up there tonight and add a few - just to keep it interesting.
Was on a school ride this morning and there's a steepish downhill bit that runs into a corner - just round the corner some twat (read presumably a rambler type) had laid three logs across the trail. Most of us rode around them, one poor bugger tried to stop, went over the bars and landed in a large pool of mud. No damage except pride so I suppose it was funny.I don't do smileys.

Haha. I was a little concerned as whilst I've never come across them
In trail centers etc people go on about it as a 'basic skill' but I've never needed it.
That makes things easier!
I'll be riding the 06 rockhopper pro and keeping my head down in the open cat0 -
