Bottom Bracket upgrade

After 5000+ miles my 105 B/B bearings are knocking at death's door, Ribble do a direct replacement for under £15 or I could go for the Ultegra at £2 more or the Dura Ace at an additional £8. I'm not a weight weenie, but would like to understand what the benefit or spending the extra cash would be.

Also, I assume it will be English thread on my Specialized?

Changed my Tiagra 4500 for a dura ace from Planet X when it was on special. Cannot tell the difference. Go with what you are willing to spend is my advice.
