Think I may have been getting too caught up with average speed, distance, cadence, heart rate etc.
I was going off like a bullet and then struggling towards the end of rides and concentrating on my average speed throughout.
Went out today with the sole purpose of enjoying the weather and the countryside. Ended up doing 40 miles at 14.7mph which is pretty good for me. Still had a bit left in the tank and loved every minute of it.
Might blank looking at the cycle computer from now on.

I only look at it when I'm pegging it down a steep hill, or when I've been giving it some TT action along a long road, I like to know it I am carrying speed, or if I'm slowing down without realising it.Trek 1.1c (2012) - For commuting
