Shimano 105 5600 and 5700 groupset?

Hi there, my current bike needs a bit of a overhaul ready for the season, the groupset is 105 5600, I need a new bottom bracket and a front derailleur!! question is can I use the new 5700 groupsets or do I have to get a 5600 bottom bracket and front derailleur. I noticed more parts available buying the new 5700. Cheers Gordon
