TT Bike Sizing

Hello All
Just wonder whether a 54cm tt bike would fit me?
I currently ride a spesh allez 56cm and am 6ft tall and 34" leg
Any help would be appreciated

    Bike sizing is not that simply unfortunately, and for a time trial position there are more factors, like your flexibility, and arm length, that have to be considered also. Throw in the differences between one brand's 54 and another, and no one will be able to say for certain. There is some logic to going a size down from your road bike for a time trial bike, but it is really worth a time trial specific sizing if you want to avoif lots and lots of tinkering to your position later (which you will do anyway even if it does fit you because testers are forever changing their position!)
