Found guilty of causing the death of group Captain Tom Barret by dangerous driving.

The fat fecker should be given a bike and forced to ride morning and evenings along the same stretch of road on which he killed Tom Barret. Luker is so fat meaning that if a 44 tonne truck struck him it would disappear without trace.
What's the betting on the severity or duration of his sentence?
