Proflate question

Hi all,
A potentially stupid question, but I'm a newbie, so maybe one worth asking!
I've just used my Proflate Elite for the first time and haven't quite used all of the CO2 in the cartridge. Can I leave the cartridge screwed in and leave it in my saddle pack or should I discharge the rest of the cartridge?
Thanks in advance!

Unless I've been dicing with danger, I've always left partly used cartridges in as the mechanism seals them until the next time you use it.Where would you be if you fell down a hole?.. Stuck down a hole... in the fog... Stuck down a hole, in the fog, at night... WITH AN OWL!0

No 'problem' so far as saftey is conserned. Its not the best thing in the world for the seals to leave them under pressure, but their not that critical and do you reall care if they deteriate a bit over time? On that note the worst you may find is that next time you come to use it the co2 has leaked out - so even if you think there is enough in there always carry a new one too!0

Fantastic, thanks guys! I have a spare in my pack, so I'll leave it as it is!
Thanks again0
