its not bad other than its pig heavy for what it is and you can get a 2011/12 revelation or sektor for similar money and spec...0

They have the wrong weight listed - that is for the old coil U turn 426, it weighs 4.05lbs.0

still damn heavy for a qr fork...0 -
Not that heavy for a 140mm fork, but you do pay for U turn gubbins, otherwise would be 3.75lbs. For the money, is a decent buy. If you want U turn.0

I'm after some forks for my summer season build but don't want to spend too much. Around 120mm-140mm preferably. White with lock off is all I really want. Don't really fancy buying second hand. Just know people rave about revalations. I've got about £300 max for the forks. Anybody seen any other offers? An also would a 29er summer season with 140 mm forks be a ridiculous idea? Or is it just a fad? I'm only 5'10"0

If you want adjustable travel in an air fork, and great adjustability elsewhere, I'd look no further - this is a very good fork, and is not heavy at all as Lawman says!0

with the extra 10% off its well under £300 lighter, and imo a better, more up to date fork, I never see the point in travel adjust really, especially as most forks can be done internally these days.0 -
But if you want external travel adjust is spot on, and the 456 is a frame that may benefit.
The RL is a superb fork too, and a great price. But a little different. Worth considering to save the half a pound, and dual flow adds a bit more control over succesive hits - but the Uturn really does add something to many riders, was seriously considering this fork for my Zaskar.
The old structure is a little stiffer too, if that floats your boat.0 -
I have to say, the 456 I had definitely benefited from U-turn forks far more than the Mmmbop that replaced it. I can only imagine that the Summer Season version would benefit even more.0
