Garmin 705 Query

I'm still getting used to using the 705, is it possible to save each ride before you actually upload them to the connect site. I use the the garmin whilst commuting but as I uploaded the weeks data it came up as one ride. I did stop at the finish of each ride.

Press and hold Reset after a ride to create separate file.

Hold down the lap button, you will see a 3-2-1 countdown on the screen. 705 is then reset.
