Salsa Spearfish 3, 29er full sus

Have had a Cube 29er AMS on order since October and expecting delivery this week, just been told it will be another 3 months for the 23" version.

Had a suggestion of this Salsa how do they stack up to the Cube? or any other suggestions upto 2k

    Decided against the Salsa, components look too low spec for the price 2.1k

    The Cube is 1.5k, any others to investigate?

    Rose Dr. Z maybe but no experience of it myself. The Anthem is nice to but low spec at that price level although there's something to be said for getting a decent frame and upgrading the components as they wear out. £2000 unfortunately isn't much of a budget for a full suss 29er.

    Going to wait a further 3 months for the Cube 23"

    Agreed 2k is a low budget but I am not prepared to pay overinflated prices on makes like Santa Cruz
