    Lemon & sugar.
Spaniel enjoys the children's clumsiness in flipping.

Jif lemon? Real lemons are neither hard to come by, nor juice.

Lol - I can understand the jif lemon if you don't tend to use lemon juice much but 'can't beat jif'? It's like saying you can't beat orange squash!

Mix was mixed last night so it's sitting in the fridge waiting. I'm leaving work at 4.30 because I am the top tosser in our house. None of this namby pamby turning them over with a spatula. The kids encourage me to go for the maximum number of turns, 5 is my record. Might have to go outside for increased headroom if not too windy.
    Lemon and sugar every time.

Mix of lemon & sugar or choc spread + sliced banana. The boys are old enough to have a go at flipping them so I stand clear & let em get on with it; best not to get too involved in it I find.

My eldest had a go last year, then handed back to me as he didn't like the grit in his pancake. He'll probably do a bit batter this year.

You know I always kinda looked down on the bacon and maple syrup combination. Then I tasted it. Divine.

The salt of the bacon and the sweetness of the sugar is eye popping.

We have the Americans to thank for it. Apparently peanut butter goes great with apples, though I do not dare try it.
