Which Hardtail

Hi guys looking to buy a hardtail got a £1000 to spend but that i need helmet and other stuff aswell so probably looking to spend no more than £800 on a hardtail. I will be mainly riding at gisburn forest and lee quarry, so looking for something that i do trails and jumps with but also something thats ok for just a quite ride down the lanes or across country on aswell. I was looking maybe for something with more than 100mm travel on the forks. But as im new to mountain biking would like some advice on what i should be looking for and some ideas of bikes that would suit the riding i plan to do

The 2011 cubes reduced are better bets:

Though limited in sizes in some places. The 2012 has been downgraded quite a bit.
