Just finishing off bottom end oil change on these.
Had them upside down and compressed them a short way.
A few drops of oil came out from under the lockout knob.
Do I have a problem or can I go ahead and stick them back on the bike?
Thanx
Steve

I'd stick them back on, are not many situations where you ride upside down.
If it does bother you, you can get a new 'umbrella' seal for the Moco cartridge, some guy on here was doing them, let's hope he sees!0 -
Feck, feck, feck, feck, feck.
No lockout.
Motion control must be fecked.Cotic Soul 26 inch. Whyte T1300 -
After been upside down they take 20 or so compressions to reset the oil.
Turn the lockout off and compress away!0 -
Bingo!

i had an oil leak on my pikes from new when i turned them upside down, same place. Im sure it was an O ring that was the problem, i got mine fixed under waranty.
If you do a search this seems to be a common problem with the pikes, I had found a few threads on it.0
