    Well done.

Parsing, is what posh footballers do. Not that there are any.
  • Parsing is compuer speak for reading the file and deciphering it - could it be too big to upload? No idea, don't use Edmondo myself

Well done though - first 100 is a great achievement

That's a great ride for your first imperial century, not done one myself yet but not far off doing either.

Some big hills there and so early in the season you should be well chuffed.

One thing I don;t understand though is the 3,600 calories expended ??? Are you a mouse ???

    I was thinking that too - I can do 3500cals on a 4hr 60 miler

well done though, the century (miles) is a great achievement !

  • Good effort - aiming for my 1st 100 in the next couple of months but looking at a flat coastal route. Maybe I need to MTFU and follow your example.

    Top banana!

I did 100+ yesterday too, iPhone battery ran flat at 105 miles.....missed the last 5 or so. That was our club reliability ride. 150 miler in a few weeks....

    Well done again.

excellent good to hear it, is it a status thing doing a TON ?? never really thought about a big ride over 50 miles before

or is it just an endurance thing ? all in all sounds like a great effort

dont really know about the calorie thing but 5'10'' and 11 1/2 - 12stone with legs like pins, makes me more of a rat than a mouse.
went out again today on a 38 miler and well and truly died

and did 1,500 calories if that helps,
got passed, obviously,by a couple of the uk youth going up bwlch/nantymoel side who make it look oh so easy

have done 100milers before and dragon into 2010 with knackered knees which i had fixed but seem to have gone pop again.

roll on thursday for a flatter ride :)

as for status thing i suppose its how you want to take it,suppose if your aiming for a 100+ sportive/audaux etc... its more of a confidence builder than anything else, which this was for me.

  • Congratulations, 100 there has to be worth a good 150 elsewhere, you have a few hills to deal with.

Check your weight settings on strava / endomondo that will sort out the calories

Small world though, you're from my dad's home village! :D:D:D
