Hi,
I was pumping up my forks yesterday when I noticed a small amount clean green oil / fluid coming thorough the valve.
I checked the rebound adjustment as well and if its screwed right in there is some damping on the rebound but at the recommended 7 clicks or so there doesn't seem to be any damping, so I left it at around 5 clicks where it seemed OK.
Is the oil coming out normal or is it time for a rebuild??
Cheers for any info

Not a problem, it's a result of air forcing out a tiny amount of lubrication oil from the air chamber when you are connecting the pump. The damping is on the other leg of the fork, and is not affected by this.
It is absolutely normal.A much loved, Giant Trance X3 20100 -
