Chain rubbing front derailer

Hi,
Apologies for a pretty basic query.
I recently had a flar rear so replaced the tube and now the chain is rubbing the front derailer. It used to happen only when I was in the bottom cog at the back (high gear) and the top cog at the front. However, since I changed the tyre and put the wheel back on, it now rubs the derailor when I'm in either of the bottom 2 cogs at the back and either of the top 2 at the front - ie it's got worse.
I had a play with the high and low screws on the front derailer (without really knowing what I was doing) but nothing seemed to help.
Any suggestions??

Have a look at Park Tools, great guide on setting the mech up.
A little rubbing in some gears cannot be changed.0 -
Sounds like a lack of tension in the cable.
The stops will not change anything.
You will now need to reset both stops and set the tension.
Read Parktools to see what you should be doing."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
