Ghost Trekking range: male vs. female geometry

Is anyone familiar with the geometry of the male and female versions of the Ghost Trekking range? I'm female and am interested in the TR1800, either 44cm in the F, or 45cm in the male. It seems there's just a 1cm difference in the top tube length, too. I'd prefer not to go for the F version (I've always thought that open frame bikes are just too girly looking) and, while I don't think the 1cm down- and cross tube lengths would be noticeable, is it likely that there are other differences too?

The other difference is tiny, 5mm more in the headtube. The saddle may be more comfy though on the female version!
