Dear fellow cyclists,

I want to add a bit of comfort on my bike. The first thing I know is to get fatter tyres, but would like advice on which tyre, also it might seam like a silly question but will a 28mm fit my frame, brakes? Also what other bits should i get, i was thinking a slightly longer stem (i feel my reach is too short) with a rise, but i don't know how this will effect the handling. When going at speed (40+), she gets a bit twitchy and though i can cope with this i don't want to make the situation any worse.
However i won't be changing my saddle, we've been together for years and she fits my bum like a glove.

Any advice will be greatfully read.

Cheers

I tend to find boxer shorts fit my bum better!! How does a glove fit on your bum??

What frame and brakes do you have? For comfort on the bike - i'd say get a proper pro bike fit rather than guess at parts. You should then be able to get the required parts to fit you properly - and this should naturally be the best option for comfort.
