Can you export gpx files from the Garmin Connect website?

I'm looking at a route on Garmin Connect. I want to save it to my computer. Can I export it as a gpx?

I can't see anything other than "share" and that just gives a link to the connect route.

    Well that's odd. Now I've asked the question I've finally spotted the "export" tab.

    You can export activities as gpx, but not courses. Why I dont know...

    If you want to export a course the only way is to send it to your garmin, go into the file system and copy the file out, then use something like TCX convertor.

    I manged to do it somehow - I don't own any Garmin devices.
