Hi all,
I have one of these pressure washers, and I have to say they are great!
http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mode ... elID=58018
That was until, I lost the spray gun back in March at Swinley or Tavistock... not quite sure. I've only just got around to sorting out a replacement (I also broke my lag shortly after so didn't ride for a while) however I cannot, through all my searching, find out who the manufactures are! And no, it's not planet X!
I've tried contacting bike shops however I can only ever get to a distributor who simply says that I have to wait until a spare one comes in on warranty! Needles to say, I'm a little fed up. The fitting is none standard so the local garden center hoses don't fit and the hose pipe is smaller than adapters let a connection to as well. I'm just about to try fashioning a Frankenstein connector using gaffer tape, a rubber glove and jubillee clips.
If anyone has any contact details for the manufacturer, that would be brilliant!
However I word of warning to every one else thinking about one... there is zero after sales support, you lose a part, your screwed! It breaks after the warranty, your also screwed... my advice... spend £50 more and get a mobi washer as they have plenty of spares for sale on their website! ... I mean, they have a website unlike brand x.. whoever they are!

Ben 'nimble fingers' Pinnick strikes again.
ps your warranty is always with the retailer, not manufacturer, which is probably a factory in China.I don't do smileys.

OMG!!! Ben... you legend.... I hadn't noticed that at all!!! The annoying thing is I rang up CRC and they didn't tell me they had spare guns... in fact they told me there was nothing they could do! A search on their website never pulled that up, just the washer! Awesome!!!!0

Do you walk around with your eyes closed? It was pretty much the first thing I saw when I opened the page!!0

As for pressure washers... infact I will pop it in a post!!Canyon Nerve XC 7.0 Deep Black Ano - Silver, Rock Shox Reverb.0 -
Your warranty is with the retailer, as is parts supply. Manufacturers don't deal with the public as a rule, hence why they sell through wholesalers then distributors.
You wouldn't call BMW in Germany to get your car serviced (for example)I don't do smileys.
