Bamboozled by bottom brackets

Hi All,
I have a Claud Butler Cape Wrath Disc 2006 (from the ark I know!) - http://www.falconcycles.co.uk/CORP/cb06 ... athDD.html - and I need a new bottom bracket but I don’t really know what I need to get. Looking at the spec for the 2005 model (I can’t find the spec for the 2006) the BB is described as a “TRUVATIV CARTRIDGE BB WITH SEALED BEARINGS”. The crankset on my bike is a Truvativ Iso Flow triple 22/32/44T, which I assume will determine which BB I need.
I’ve had a look but honestly have no idea which one I should get. I’d like to spend about £20 but will spend more if it’s worthwhile – I’ve experienced the “buy cheap pay twice” effect too many times.
Cheers,
Ben

you need to see what interface it has.
see Parktools for more info.
Square taper or Powerspline."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Thanks. I'll have a look when I get home. Once I know the interface will any BB that matches that be suitable? I'm confisued as they seem to come in a number of sizes.0
