Headset Cup Too Deep

I've got this Nukeproof headset, its spot on for what I need.

The top cup will go into the frame fine, but the bottom is clearly too deep and wont fully go into the frame.
What are my options?
1) swap it for another?
2) cut it down to size - really dont want to do that
3) will another cup work? i.e. buy 1 of the hope bottom cups (if that will work)

There is no standard for the insertion depth on the internal headset.
Measure yours and get a suitable headset."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

I'll send it back to CRC and exchange it for something else.

Roughly same price, the bottom at 5mm will fit fine. The top sayd 14mm, I take it that's the measurement for whole top not just the internal depth?0 -
