ragley or whyte???

right narrowed my hardtail search down to either a ragley x7 or a whyte 901...mainly do singletrack in the local pines nothing too bad.....anyone got any thoughts.....cheers

    I may be a bit biased (picked up my 905 last Saturday) but I`d go for the Whyte. Although both will cope with what you ride anyway! Purely personal choice I guess.

    What do you mean by a Ragley X7. Do you mean the Blue Pig X7 or Piglet X7 or .. ???

    As said try them out for size. But I'd prob go for the Whyte the Alu frame will prob build into a lighter overall package. My mates Blue Pig frame feels very heavy. I think if you're going for a steel frame then it has to be something exotic to try and keep the weight respectable. Bog standard chromoly doesn't do it for me unless you are building a long travel bruiser of a bike.
