Servicing my BB30 on a Whyte bike

Hi, my new (to me) Whyte bike has a BB30, and it is creaking a bit. Had a quick look at it last night and wanted to double check before i start undoing things.
On the drive side is a metal ring with 4 holes in it, and inside that there is a big allen key bolt. On the non drive side is just a big allen key bolt with a sticker on it saying 'Do Not Remove'.
The sticker was the main reason i am posting, as it made me think there was a right way and a wrong way of doing this.....!!!
Does anybody know how to remove and clean up/grease one of these without messing it up.

undo the drive side and the crank arm should come off (its self extracting).
Loosen the preload adjuster on the non drive side.
tap out the crank spindle and non drive side crank arm using a rubber mallet (this will be very tight on 1st attempt as it is tapered).0 -
Thanks for the quick reply. Will have a try as soon as i can get over to the garage. Although the wife mught not be too happy if i go over there tonight.... hehe2011 Whyte 905
