I fecking hate this day. *Spouts off something about commercialised rubbish ruining the economy and causing wars in the Congo*
Today shall be spent doing work things. Nothing particularly interesting, I'm sure.

    Morning

Always avoid the mush stuff in the mornings as go to work before current wife wakes. Except today as going to docs, therefore had to convince her we should swop cards and presents later when the kids are in bed, ie, gives me time to go shopping.

    Other than that, meh

    Monging bumders

No lectures today but plenty of uni work to be getting on with, hopefully it'll be quite quiet, recently the freshers have started working in the library, they're noisy, they take up space and they really don't have that much work to be doing anyway. Gits.

    Morning.
Carried on the Spong tradition of 15 years by buying a card and nothing else. Any moaning and I'll remind her of all the stuff I bought from Liberty whilst in London last week.

    Morning Jizz Moppers,

Taking junior to the dentist shortly, then there's a free trial day on at the local Virgin Active so I'm headed down there to shed some lard. Wifey's a member so she's coming along too - you can't have everything I suppose. At least I remembered to buy a card today, if only to prevent the earache that would happen otherwise...

Time to get another coffee in now.

Thanks to half term, my wife's having a huge fight with the kids, so I won't be doing anything to her tonight.

Thanks to half term I have to share the house with the ball and chain and 3 kids. Ohhh how I long for the peace and quiet that next week will bring when they're all back in school. On the plus side she does tend to bring me cups of coffee on demand...now if only she done other things on demand............ :P

Good afternoon Scuttlers and a Happy Valentines day @Foxc (i'm sure that breaks my new years resolution but ahh well

Decent day today, got a bit of learning in and done my 5th straight day in the gym. Still rather chesty but i'm getting some good mileage in on the bikes. I'm hoping this effort indoors will translate to not dying on trails.

Tonight I'm off for a Valentines Chinese meal I mean and not an oriental hooker.

Tommorrow sees two days of late turns finishing in Treherbert at midnight, almost tempted to take a bike and night ride Glyncorwyg (sp?) but that would involve effort

    Afternoon all!

me and miss have never celebrated valentines day, so neither me or her will be doing anything more romantic than we do any other normal day of the year (birthdays not included)

tonight i am out for a night ride with the club, going to see how the go pro handles the low light/intense exxposure/magicshines in a groups of 10, I'm going to try and stay middle of the group for maximum effect!

finally got used to editing the video, and i found out how to remove the fisheye effect on the lens, which is useful for work related videos.

Waiting for my new hard rive to arrive, scan posted it without a name on it! fools!

anyway, I'm off out on the bike!
